How to export a list of plugins that need to be updated?

Hello, newbie admin here. In the Plugins module, we found 47 "applications" and ten "ServiceNow products" that need to be updated in prod. How can I export the list to text, CSV, Excel, etc.?

LOL. Years of tinkering. And specifically, someone I know has created a view on this table to keep tabs on the same thing, so I just modified the query. 😁
