Is it  PDI or a client instance?
If it's PDI, then log into the developer site, and from there you can get the manage instacen page internally and use it.
If it's a client instance, then support is now handled through requests for patch updates.

Hi @mdsking987 

If you want to upgrade your PDI to the latest Xanadu release and see which patch you’re on, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ServiceNow Developer Site 

  2. Go to the top-right menu and select Manage → My Instance.

  3. In the Manage My Instance page, check the Your Current Version field it shows whether you are on Zurich or Xanadu.

  4. If your instance is eligible for upgrade, you’ll see an Upgrade release button just below.

  5. Click Upgrade Instance and choose the Xanadu release (latest patch).

  6. Confirm wait a few minutes while ServiceNow rebuilds your PDI.

  7. Refresh the page and you’ll see your instance now running on Xanadu latest version.
