Lost , means on user profile or you are not able to see these roles in role table?
If nothing important you build , reset your instance by going in developer.servcienow.com

Log into https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home and hit the "start building" button. This will open your PDI. You also have the possibility to manage the instance password:
