Hi Everyone,
I lost admin rights of my PDI. Now I am not able to access anything and is there any way to restore admin rights for system administrator. Can support can help .

Hi @Abhijit Das7 ,
Login to https://developer.service-now.com and click on your profile, in the popup opened you can select "Change User Role" -> Select "Admin" -> Click on "Change User Role" button at the bottom.
If it didn't work Select the Role as "App Engine Studio Creator" and Click on "Change User Role" button at the bottom. after some time change it back to "Admin".
If all these didn't worked, only way is to use "Reset and Wipe Instance" option in the same window.

I tried that change user role but unfortunately it didn't help. And If I do " Reset and Wipe Instance" then I will lose my data and application inside PDI.
Is there way , i don't loose data and i am still able to get admin rights
