Don’t worry, it should get auto-resolved within 8–10 hours. Don’t lose hope—just be patient! @davo2011

Hello @davo2011 ,
Faced the same issue, it will take 2-3 days to wake-up the instance.
Keep yourself logged-in via your mobile device and refresh the instance periodically.
Please mark this answer as helpful.
Best regards,
Puru.

Hi @davo2011
Please don’t worry. Kindly wait for a couple of hours; it should be available online by then.
I also received an update today that my PDI would be patched. However, the exact time has not yet been confirmed, and the activity has not started yet.
Please note that there is no support available for PDI.

Hello @davo2011 ,
The 502 Bad Gateway is normal these days due to high request of instance's load :
It means that your instance is offline so it may take some time :
In the meantime, try refreshing the page and check again after a while.
If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.
