Hi, my instance is also showing as offline, i was using it yesterday but today it states offline, i haven't received any maintenance warnings or similar either. can anyone assist?

Hi,
PDI instances can go offline from time to time without any warnings, it's part of how it goes.
Usually they come up back online after a while, and sometimes after a day or so.
You can try to wake your instance up again, or in worst case, if it's not responding for several days, release your instance, and request a new one.
No official support is offered on PDIs, you should always backup your work if you need it to be available on long term.

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 1-2posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hi @NavyaMasapu ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Notice, that all work that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good.
