unable to see "Agile Development" module in devloper instance of Vancouver version of service now.
please help me to enable them as module on priority

If it's missing, you can install it. Go to Plugins, search for Agile Development, and install it on your PDI.

Check if the Agile Development plugin is installed by navigating to System Definition > Plugins and searching for com.snc.sdlc.agile.2.0 (Agile Development 2.0). If the plugin is not installed, install it.
If the plugin is installed but the module is not visible, search for Agile Development in the Application Navigator. If it still doesn’t appear, clear the cache and refresh the instance.
