instance issue again and again , worked with instance Yesterday

Hi ,
could you please help me why my xanadu instance goin offline. I worked with this instance yesterday and when I logged in suddenly it showing offline.
after refreshing also it is not get activated .

@Bahali Usually the PDI instance goes in hibernation if the instance remain idle for some time. Waking up the PDI instance is usually a routine chore for any ServiceNow developer. However, this does become concerning if the instance goes offline and doesn't wake up after repetitive attempts.
If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.

Hi @Bahali
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options.
- Wait, it should come online after some time.
- Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note, that all work that hasn't been backed up will be lost.

Hi @Bahali ,
This usually happens when servicenow is performing some maintenance on the instance. Plz check in few hours it should be up and ready for use.Assuming you have been using the PDI regularly & it's not reclaimed by ServiceNow.
