Demo Instance Plugin Activation - ITOM

Good day my fellow ServiceNow enthusiasts

I would just like to ask if our company will be charged/billed if I activated ITOM Visibility plugin in our Demo instance?

Hi,

General rule is that all plugins and store apps are non-chargeable in a sub-production environment (including demo and PDIs).

Some exceptions do apply, such as Generative AI capabilities.

For your example, no charge should occur. But if you want confirmation, your account manager is the representative that can confirm this for you

No, in sub prod it is not chargeable. and for more details about charges in prod please connect with your SN account manager.
