Instance Issue

my servicenow instance scripting part shows like this and when i right click on the mouse it does not show the save or other options.
it shows like errors

It looks like this might be a cache or system issue. Try the following:

1. Refresh the instance.

2. If the issue persists, try in BR or another supporting area to see if the error still occurs.

yes, I refreshed the instance but still happens.. and I checked in UI actions and business rules and client scripts all are appears same.
