I am getting this message on my instance (not a PDI). How long should I wait for this to be resolved?

It might be a demo instance. Better to log a new support case or reach out to the vendor, since they are managing it anyway.

Hi @Faisal_CG
If it is not PDI,
- Check with your team member if they are facing the same issue. If yes,
- Check with your MIM team to know whether any global outage is going on or not. if yes, take the incident number and share with your team to keep other updated.
- For this , your team i.e Servicenow team will raise a case with Servicenow Vendor to investigate the issue and get the root cause for interruption of services.
If you are only facing the issue.
- Check your connection. Try to change your connection and try.
