Is anyone else experiencing issues with their ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) today?

Hi everyone,

Is anyone else facing issues accessing their ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance today?

My PDI is stuck on the loading screen and never finishes loading. I have already tried refreshing the page, clearing the browser cache, using Incognito mode, and trying a different browser, but the issue still persists.

Is this a known issue affecting multiple PDIs, or is it specific to my instance? If anyone has experienced the same problem or knows of a workaround, I'd appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks in advance!

Hello @RathanK ,

I started seeing the same behavior today. As soon as I open my PDI, it stays on the Loading screen (like in your screenshot)

I'd recommend waiting 30–60 minutes and trying again. If it's still stuck after 2–3 hours, raise an issue through the Developer Portal Support, as the instance may require intervention from the ServiceNow team.

If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.

Hi @RathanK

It looks like this is a known issue.

Could you try logging in using a mobile device and check whether it works? If it still doesn't work, we may need to wait for some time.

There is no official support for this issue, so it is difficult to say exactly what is causing it or when it will be resolved. At this stage, patience may be the best option while waiting for a fix.
