According to ServiceNow documentation, "Recorded Future" integration with SecOps SIR is deprecated since release version 10.0.
And according to the below release notes, Recorded Future 10.0 version was released in 2020.
My doubt is that ServiceNow is still advertising about this integration in 2023 and I'm afraid that without any support, there is no meaning in installing the integration. So, something doesn't add up.
Please help!

Hi @Raghav Kakkar,
This question may reach more relevant experts if it's posted in the Security Operations forum, however, I'll take the liberty of tagging in three of those experts who may be able to respond: @andy_ojha, @Chris McDevitt, and @Sarath S.
I see Recorded Future are still promoting the integration on their website:
https://www.recordedfuture.com/integrations/servicenow
... and it's still listed in the ServiceNow Store
I'm sure you're probably aware that some integrations are developed, supported and maintained by ServiceNow while others are owned by the third-party vendor. I'm guessing that in this case, there was a previous integration that ServiceNow owned, but that responsibility has now passed to Recorded Future. If that's the case, it doesn't mean support will be inadequate.
I hope someone can follow up here and give you a more definitive answer than I've been able to!

The Recorded Future integration documentation is maintained for any customers who may still have an active environment, but the integration itself was deprecated.
We did this because Recorded Future is a tech partner of ServiceNow, and they maintain certified integrations (with additional features) in the ServiceNow Store. As part of publishing the integrations to the ServiceNow Store Recorded Future does provide support in the case of technical issues/errors. Their support contact information should be listed alongside all their integrations.
