Knowledge record not found error

Hi All,

 

We have recently upgraded our instance to xanadu, after we upgrade our instance we got a strange issue like whenever we search knowledge article in global search it is giving knowledge record not found error. Can please help me resolve.

@danwaite We have raised a vendor case for it. ServiceNow told that they will fix the bug in the upcoming upgrades and they are looking for workaround for it

Well it's been a couple months since this was reported, just went to Xanadu P4 last night and incurred this issue.  Seems like there isn't a solution/workaround yet.  Very disappointing 😡
