Known Issue in the ServiceNow Community

Currently, there is a limitation when embedding screenshots directly into a Community post or question. Members may not be able to download the image or zoom in sufficiently to view the details. For better visibility and quicker resolution, you can either:

  • Attach the image as a file so members can download and view it at full resolution, or
  • Embed the image using a larger image size. This needs to be done manually when creating the post.

From my experience, the best way how to attach images is to copy them in your laptop and then paste it to the message field, once it is loaded, click anywhere in the image and then select this icon:

Of course the original image must be in the good quality itself :))) but if it is with good resolution, this is the easiest way to attach images. It will maintain the best possible visibility and also, viewers can see it without clicking anything like they need to do for embedded ones...
