I am considering upgrading from Zurich to Australia. I understand that the upgrade is requested through Now Support. How many days (or hours) before the upgrade date can I request (reserve) the upgrade? Also, if I want to change the date and time of a reservation, how many hours before the scheduled date and time can I do so?

Hi @__ __212
ServiceNow upgrades are typically initiated by you. You can request or schedule an upgrade via Now Support up to 60 days in advance of your preferred target date. For non-production instances, upgrades can often be scheduled directly from the Upgrade Center, while production upgrades are typically reserved using an Upgrade Change Request.
ServiceNow sends notifications 90, 60, and 30 days in advance of platform upgrades that are scheduled on your end-of-life (EOL) upgrade program record.

Hi @__ __212
I would suggest checking the availability yourself instead of going through support. Support currently has a lead time of around 60 days, but if you book it yourself, you may be able to schedule it as early as the next hour, depending on availability. You can also change the date and time as needed. If you go through support, however, you'll be limited by their current scheduling timeline.
Read this Kb:
https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1189652
You can reschedule the upgrade change request to any date within 60 days after the GA release. For example, with Vancouver N-1 and Xanadu GA, you have 60 days from the GA release date to reschedule the upgrade. You can reschedule and modify the target version in the program record (CHGxxxxxxxx) until the deadline shown on the instance dashboard (Planned Start Date must be before [deadline]).
