Hi @ChiragAgarwal

In cases like this, the best option is to wait it out or simply release the instance and request a new one.

Tip: Always make sure to save your work in update sets and export them regularly. This way, if you ever need to release your instance, you can easily import your work into a new one without any loss.

Hi @ChiragAgarwal ,

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:

  1. Wait, it should come online after some time.
  2. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, for any work that hasn't been backed up will be lost for good - no restore possibility.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Hi @ChiragAgarwal ,

Here are some points to consider:

1. There is no support available for PDI.

2. If you can wait, more, let's wait

3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.

From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.

Hello @ChiragAgarwal

Maximum days the PDI can be left inactive is 10 days, after that it is reclaimed.

If you're experiencing issues with your PDI, here are some important points to keep in mind:

  1. Support Limitations: PDIs do not have official support, so the community cannot retrieve or recover your instance.

  2. Instance Reset Option: You can release your current instance and request a new one, but this will erase all previous data.

To prevent data loss in the future, consider regularly backing up your PDI, especially for critical update sets.

Hope this helps!
