Hi @Jaison2

Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hi @Jaison2

it is here almost every day, so it seems that the PDIs got a bot slower nowadays...

Please wait a moment or two and retry.

In the worst case scenario, you can release the instance and request a new one (unless you have there any work in progress that you don't want to loose)

Let me know ho did you progress, it shall not be more than 20-30 min (usually)

Hi @Jaison2 ,

This issue has been noticed by a few users recently. Sometimes, instances take a little longer to wake from hibernation. You may kindly wait for a few minutes and try logging in again.

In the meantime, if your work is urgent, you can temporarily log in using another developer account to continue. Also, trying in incognito mode or a different browser might help.

If you found my response helpful, please consider marking it as "Helpful" or "Accept Solution." Thank you!

Hi @Jaison2  Either you will wait till it comes up or you need to request new instance as there is no support for it.

If my answer helps you mark helpful and accept solution
