My PDI instance is not coming up since yesterday

even though I gave been logging every day and doing some or other activity on it...  why its not waking up ..have refreshed the instance multiple times....

 

Is there any maintenance activity going on for PDIs?

I need to as my work is not completely stucked.... and moreover that instance which is now blocked is not giving me any option even... so it looks like there is some major breakup at the servicenow side... some maintenance of servers might be going... but the time taken by them is substantial... I can pray to GOD only! 🙂

Hi Himanshu,

 

Yes, the PDI infrastructure has been undergoing maintenance for over 36 hours. PDIs will start coming back online on their own. Please try accessing them again later!

@Steph Morillo thank you for that update. It would be nice to get a banner on PDI log on pages so that we can stay updated on PDI health status. There's nothing worse than trying to demonstrate a ServiceNow integration with a 3rd party solution and not have the PDI available. Thank you
