New ACL Security sys_property ?

I just got my instance upgraded from Washington DC to Yokohama release and I noticed there is a property named "glide.security.enable.deny_empty_or_invalid_acl_validation". The name of the property it's self explains a lot but I still need to look for documents related to this property but I found none. Has anyone found this property's document by chance or what does it really do and how it could affect the instance ?
