Not able to create new acl in service now

I wanted to created new   ACL in service now but when i went to ACL option its not showing me new icon to create the ACL.

Can Someone help me in that?

Thanks for the update. Your steps are correct but not sure what is causing this weird behaviour.

Found similar thread but the solution was to reset. However in your case I would recommend to raise a HI ticket so that support team can investigate the issue.

Question - if I reset, i lose everything (unless I use update set), correct?
