In the Now Mobile "My Favorites" list, some favorite cards display a badge consisting of a pencil icon and a text label (for example, Request), while other favorites display only the title/subtitle without any badge.
The behavior appears inconsistent across users and favorite types. For example:
- One User sees the badge displayed on favorites.
- Other User does not see the icon or label for similar favorites.
During our investigation, we observed that the badge appears to be controlled by an out-of-the-box Mobile UI Rule → Set UI Style action configured on the Polaris card templates:
