Now Support Integration to my Instance for upgrade notifications

Is there an elegant way of receiving ServiceNow Support Hot Fix Updates; Maintenance Windows notifications directly within my instance . Ideally I'd want a Change raised for each.

 

The only method so far is to use an inbound action and this is not a particularly elegant route as to populate a minimum change dataset.

 

An integration or setting would be most useful ideally.
