We are currently looking into the new On-Call Scheduling new schedule engine and the information found on this release doesn't have any examples of what this new addition does. Can someone shed some examples of how this new schedule engine is used and the results, and maybe show how SN was acting before and after the new schedule engine? This will help us have a clear understanding of this new tool. Thank you in advance for any help we can get on this.
