Voucher for Retest

If my employer provides a voucher to Certification of Administration exam, and I fail the first try, do I need another voucher for the retake?

Hey @LFleming - let's think positive, of course you will pass first time! 😎

But if you don't, there is a $100 charge to resit the exam. Also, if that happens, talk to your employer before paying - they may get a discount and/or be prepared to pay it for you.

depending on type of partner.

If your employer is a partner to ServiceNow, Your employer will re-issue another voucher for retake.

You need to pay $100 for a retake, but also it depends on the agreement between SN and your company, few partners has 1st retake free of cost.
