OOTB update version missing in ESC portal

Hi,
I'm trying to revert a heavily customized ESC portal back to OOTB configurations. I'm encountering a strange issue in doing so. When I check the update version on the portal record and it's referenced records in the version related lists, I can see that the OOTB version is missing in many of the records. What could have caused this issue? Also, is it possible that someone may have wiped out the OOTB update version of the record?
In addition, can I also know what's the best way to revert the entire ESC portal(Pro version) back to OOTB. Can servicenow help me with this if I raise a high ticket?

Every version is an OOTB version so I assume you mean the first version that was released?
I would not suggest to try and get an older version since you'll miss out on important functionalities & enhancements.
Have you considered doing simply a repair of the Employee Center plugin (on version 31.0.3)? That should already reset any custom configuration.

Thanks for the response. The specific issue that we have is that the OOTB version itself is missing. I tried repairing the plugin but it does not affect the customizations

This is expected behavior. So not to do with someone having wiped anything.
Do look into the suggestion from JaeggerLegane on repairing the plugin instead.
