Hi @ckarsten
The patch is entirely dependent on the release or version you are using. Zurich Patch 1 is already out, and some customers might be using it.
In short, please check your instance version and apply the latest patch available from ServiceNow.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @ckarsten ,
The patch you need to apply depends on the release family your instance is currently on. The latest release version is Zurich Patch 1.
You can confirm your instance version under System Diagnostics > Stats > Stats. Once verified, always apply the latest patch available for your release to ensure stability, security, and performance improvements.
If your instance is on an unsupported (EOL) release family, patches won’t be available. To know more about EOL, please see the link below:
End-of-Life unsupported release family upgrades FAQ - Support and Troubleshooting
Hope this clarifies things! If you found this helpful, please mark it as Helpful so others in the community can benefit too.
Thanks,
Raj
