I am getting this error for my PDI and also it has been very SLOW.
How should I raise this a ticket to ServiceNow Team so they can have a peak into this problem. It is really making my experience bad. I am sure there is something that needs to be corrected to get free from this hassle work.

Hi @Binwant ,

It is happening as ServieNow SSL certificate is expired so it is navigating you to http:// rather than https://. Many other people are affected by this and hope it will eb fixed soon by ServiceNow.

Solution: - Open developer.servicenow.com in incognito mode and sign in and launch PDI. It will display error, but it will also display Advanced option towards footer. Click on it and on next screen click on "Procced <PDI URL> unsafe" link and you will be able to access your PDI.

If your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is slow or showing errors, you must raise a support ticket directly through the **ServiceNow Developer Program portal**, not Now Support (HI). Log in there, navigate to the "Support" or "Feedback" section, and provide detailed information including your instance name, the specific error message, and steps to reproduce the slowness or issue.

Thanks Steven,
I was not able to find any of the buttons you suggested. Would you mind sharing URL and snips of the position of suggested buttons.

Thanks in advance.
