Hello All,
I have this PDI and i was trying to log into it but i keep getting this message that it is offline.
every time I try to refresh it manually using the refresh button nothing happens.
at the same time I received this email that says that the upgraded to Washington DC Patch 3 Hotfix 1 has failed,
and either I wait for 24 hrs. if it is not back online then i have to release and request another one.
for some reason I can't raise an incident about this.
my question is: is there any other way to not lose my instance since I have a lot of customizations and it would really be great loss if it was released?
thanks in advance 🙂

Hi @Paula Hany
1. There is no support available for PDI.
2. If you can wait, more, let's wait
3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.
From now on, please try to take regular PDI backups to avoid any loss of update set in future.

It has been very common for the last 2-3 days, even my PDI was not available for the whole day. But if you release the PDI you will lose all the changes/code/customization you have done in PDI. So better to wait some more time and then take a decision.

thank you for your help 🙂
do you have any idea if the PDI will be terminated due to inactivity if this lasts more than 10 days?
