Flow action test execution operations view no longer working after patch

Hi,

Over the weekend my Washington DC PDI was upgraded to Patch 3 Hotfix 1. Since then, any time I test a Flow Action in Workflow Studio, I can't open the execution details in Operations View. Clicking "Your test has finished running. View the Action execution details." opens the execution/Flow context record, and clicking "Open in Operations View" (UI button or related link) just opens a new tab of that same record.

Is anyone else experiencing this and if so, have you found a solution?
