No worries, it is usually temporary. If it is not showing under your account on the Developer Site, keep trying. No one knows exactly when it will taken back.

Your Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is scheduled for automatic reclamation on July 10, 2026.
Instance: dev######
URL: https://dev#####.service-now.com/
Reclamation Date: July 10, 2026
Please back up any data or configurations you wish to keep before this date. Once reclaimed, the instance and its contents will no longer be available. Extensions are not supported.
If you require a PDI in the future, you may submit a new request through the Developer Portal, subject to platform policies and availability.
It looks like not due inactivity ...they are going to reclaimed the instance...no matter of activity

I got the exact same email this morning. I've been using my PDI for months every day and yesterday it hibernated and will not come back online. Now they are taking it away on 7/10. Months of work gone and I have no way to login to do a backup.

Hi @User657338
Nobody call tell you as there is no support available for PDIs. Only solution is to back everything up to ensure that you don’t lose any ongoing work.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
