Surveys are not populating correctly

Hi All,

The surveys are not populating correctly on portal. We recently did cloning and upgraded the instance to Australia Patch 1.

When clicked View All, It shows like this

Hi @sujan0119 verify and explore SPsurveyAPI,

Customizations from older releases can bypass platform upgrades and break widgets that check for features like "One Click Survey".
