Personalize form option is not coming after Zurich upgrade

Hi All,
We have recently upgraded our instance to Zurich but, we observe that "Personalize form" option is not coming in the Service Operations Workspace whereas, it was there before the upgrade.
To check it, go to SOW and open any incident record, go to details tab and click on the 3 dots. The option used to come there which is not present after the upgrade.
Any insights into this would be useful to me.

Try repairing the SOW plugin once—it might also need to be updated.

Repair/Updating the plugins did not helped.
