Policy Exception getting closed before Valid To Date

We are using GRC: Policy and Compliance  Version : 19.1.1

Plugin details says that they have FIX :

• Policy exception should be closed after valid to date

But still our case Policy exception are closing before Valid To date.

Can anyone help with it.

Updating the GRC: Policy and Compliance Management plugin to version 21.0.3 should fix this. There is a flow and a workflow for this. In the latest version the flow is deactivated and the workflow should run correctly.

From where can i see the configuration where the policy exception record will automatically close once past valid to date? I'm asking because in the flow i remove the step below and still the record is automatically closed once past valid to date, if you could pinpoint on where the configuration is done on that. thanks!

Can you check if the set values step in the "Policy exception" workflow is running and auto closing it after you prevented the flow from closing it??
