Policy Exception getting closed before Valid To Date

We are using GRC: Policy and Compliance  Version : 19.1.1

Plugin details says that they have FIX :

• Policy exception should be closed after valid to date

But still our case Policy exception are closing before Valid To date.

Can anyone help with it.

I already set both to inactive but still the following exception auto closes any ideas?

was the flow/workflow already running on those records or were they newly created?
