We noticed that after the Yokohama upgrade, the “Encrypt attachment” pop-up does not appear when we click “Add attachment” in the catalog item on the portal.
This property handles native UI not portal You had this funcionality in portal before yokohoma I believe it could be a custom development which got overwrite after upgrade
