Generating Consolidated Release Notes

Does anyone have a quick way to generate consolidated release notes from a 2-version upgrade? We're upgrading from Yokohama to Australia and struggling to find a single, consolidated list of all the release updates as well as PRB fixes. The information is on SN website, but you have to click into countless links. Unfortunately AI has fantastically failed at pulling the information together for us.
