query regarding CAD exam

heyy! i have scheduled myService now CAD exam in december for january 20 so i have a doubt that my exam version will be yokohama or zurich . also will i have to give exam again to renew my certification

After Jan 16th I think will be tested on Zurich version. But exam does not change much based on release. if you have completed your course on Yokohama/Xanadu,  have a read on Zurich release notes before attempting exam, hardly there will be 1/2 question

No you don't have to take mainline certification again, to maintain certificates you have to attempt delta exam which is non proctored and can be taken at home.

As of now, there is no official statement about mainline exam, so I assume it will be based on Yokohama only. However, based on experience, there usually aren’t many changes in the exam when a new release comes out. Maybe 4–6 questions might change. The best approach is to be clear on the fundamentals and core concepts and then go for the exam.
