"xx rows removed from this list by security constraints." message in security center

Hello,
Have anyone of you encounter the same behavior in security center wherein a message is displayed at bottom of list "xx rows removed from this list by security constraints." but when you refresh the list the message is gone.

When you clicked on refresh icon, the message is gone:

The samples are just for the hardening part for security center, but it seems that this is also present for the metrics. But this behavior cannot be replicated for all,

@grainer24 This message generally comes due to ACLs. Usually this message stays on the screen if the user doesn't fulfil any ACL. It is quite weird that the message is going away when refreshing the page. Please see if this KB article helps https://hishowcase.service-now.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0690072.

We have contacted HI and this is a confirmed bug in vancouver versions
