Hi! Does anyone know how we can address the security center critical updates below. There are 2 critical updates, due,
1. GlideEncrypter()
2. 3DES decryption
What is the next step to address this? I have ran the instance scan and identified where these deprecated functions are being used, but how do I address these so that the critical updates are complete?

Sorry if I'm missing something, but wouldn't the next step be to click to the 3DES box, and follow the instructions, like I've done here:

Hi @Simon Hendery Many thanks for your response. Yes, I did follow the next steps mentioned there too. However, could you please provide me some details on what actions did you perform? Did you modify any of the system properties as below-
Also, on running the instance scan, I identified 3 areas of usage. It looks something like this-
Could you please let me know if you updated any of the dictionary values or the properties above, please?

Ok, @Aishwarya Pati1 ... sorry I haven't actually been through the process - wasn't aware of the need until your post.
Also, my instance isn't using 3DES at all, so I'm in a different situation from you so unfortunately can't offer any advice.
Hopefully others with experience will respond.
Otherwise, if you search '3DES Deprecation' in the Community, there are a number of posts which may be helpful, including this one:
