Service operation work space

Hai All,
i was working on the incident , in the native UI i can change the location and the data was populating , correctly in the service operation work space i am unable to find the location data , can you please help on this .

Location data has been stored in cmn_location table

Hai,
The location data was visible in cmn_location table , the issue is i was unable to populate the data in the Service operation work space.

Please check is any data exits in cmn_location table?

yes it is in exist in cmn_location table when i click on the reference icon the locations were not available , when i was clicking on the variable the data was populating as shown in the image
