Service operation work space

Hai All,
i was working on the incident , in the native UI i can change the location and the data was populating , correctly in the service operation work space i am unable to find the location data , can you please help on this .

I can see the data when I click on the magnifier glass.

For me it was not showing in my instance why i did not get it.

Hope you are using OOTB Field only, I dont think any other reason. Might be update your SOW once.
