hello Team,
We are currently in the midst of a high-priority merger with an acquired company, which is consuming significant resources and attention. Concurrently, the ServiceNow team has requested that we complete the upgrade from Xanadu to Yokohama by the end of October. However, we did not receive any prior notification regarding this deadline. Kindly confirm the process for rescheduling the upgrade, considering our current constraints.

You can raise a support ticket within ServiceNow Support, they will then direct you to the exemption process. Alternatively, your account manager/executive can help with this.
