Special handling notes not available on Client record

After upgrade to Zurich the special handling notes are not on client record but are listed on the table list view.

You need to elaborate on what is going on. Share screenshots of what it is you are seeing and tell us what you are expecting.

Also share the config of the shn you are referring to.
