Hi,
you have to do that pressing the following menu item from the Navigator menu:
System Diagnostics > Session Debug > Disable All

i have done this but when i preview my virtual agent. It will start displaying logs

I got your need, there is a checkbox Show Logs, try to uncheck it in the Preview form and see what happens.
