Store App has update available but no update within Version Details

I'm within the Admin Center and want to update the CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace Foundation plugin which says "Update available" (see below)
When I click to see the details page, no other versions appear under Version Details (see below)
This happens in my production instance only. I do not get this behavior in my non-prod instances.
Any ideas?

Hi @Community Alums Can you try to repair this plugin and then validate this.
Also after repairing clear the cache ( using cache.do ) .

I appreciate the suggestion but unfortunately, it didn't work. Same behavior (no updates listed in the Version Details section).

@Community Alums Thanks for the update.
Can you try to move to "Classic App Manager" and search the plugin there, see what's the version showing there ?
eg:
If still its not working as per your need, I would suggest to open HI ticket.

Did you ever figure this out @Community Alums ? I am having an identical issue w/ 'Flow Designer - Designer' in PROD. I am updating this app in both DEV and TEST instances, but in PROD it does not say I can update. I have tried repairing but no luck. I am on Washington DC (and am regretting it in this moment, for other reasons).
