Store App has update available but no update within Version Details

I'm within the Admin Center and want to update the CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace Foundation plugin which says "Update available" (see below)

When I click to see the details page, no other versions appear under Version Details (see below)

This happens in my production instance only.  I do not get this behavior in my non-prod instances.

 

Any ideas?

Not sure if this helps, but I had a similar issue and got this help from ServiceNow support.

The store app is automatically entitled on all sub-prod instances and that's why you can see the latest compatible version listed. However, in order to get the same latest compatible version on your prod instance, you're first required to request this latest version from the store. Navigate to the store link click on the 'Get' button and accept the Terms and Conditions in order to complete the purchase and make this app version available for installation on your prod instance.
