task validation sucessful but in menu it showing failed task?

ahoy @SAMITHK,

it seems like your task was initially not accepted, then you might have done some steps to get it validated correctly but the status was not updated.

 

You can refresh the page, or go to previous/next step and return to have it refreshed.

 

If this is not updated, you can create a support case in the top of the SN University (Help Centre) but you can usually complete a course when you are at 80 % so if it is not that important and you obviously completed the task as it was required, so you can continue to the next ones...

Hi @SAMITHK,

 

Check once everything is done correctly and validate all the steps that are present.

Try to remove cache as well -> cache.do in the Application Navigator. Later, try to validate the task.
