Time Data type Fields Ui builder Tool Tip not Showing

• I am using a form component in UI Builder.
• On preview, all fields display the info icon for the hint text message, except for fields with the Time data type.
• On the backend, labels and hint text are already configured for all fields.
• The hint text is displaying correctly for other field types.
• However, the hint text does not appear for time fields in the preview.
• How can I resolve this issue to ensure the hint text is displayed for time fields as well?
