Unable to access Demo portal for partner, also not able to log ticket with support

HI, the  Demo portal for partner is showing as Instance unavailable as shown in the screenshot. Pls help identify what is causing this, any update in progress?

Unfortunately the partner account using which the support portal was being accessed is also not working as seen in second screenshot. Need help with this.

Did you change the partner recently? There might be an access issue. Please reach out to your customer and see if they can log in and check, or raise a request for you.
